Basic Procedures for the Commerical Pilot Program:

Nature of the program :

The program is a Commercial Pilot Course with 225 Hours of Single Engine Flight time and 27 Hours Multi-Engine Flight time. Students will receive their U.S. FAA Commercial Pilot Multi-Engine Land with Instrument Rating.

Program :

a. Implement a training curriculum compliant primarily to the regulations of the FAA.

b. Assist in Student Visa processes, in regards to I-20 Form and M-1 Visa processing assistance. Likwise, assisting in Application for TSA and or FAA clearance upon completion of preliminary application formalities .

c. Provide letter of acceptance and I-20 required for the Students to process the Bank Loans in India. However, the grant of Loan by the concerned bank is the responsibility of the student.

d. Will process one additional copy of the M-1 or I-20 processing if needed.

e. Provide ground transportation for students from the arrival  airport (Orlando International. MCO) and return to same airport  (MCO) upon completion of the course.

f. Food shall be the sole responsibility of the individual students .

g. Assist students to arrange housing accommodations during  training

FINANCIAL: 

Students make their payments in the following manner:

I Phase: Application and Preparatory Administrative , Student Visa initiatives, Immigration Attorney Fees for preparation $1500 USD

II Phase: Visa Application Form and Student Pilot Information Form to begin M-1 Visa Application Process $4000 USD

III Phase: Student Arrival and First Tuition $16000 USD

Headset, Charts, and Recommended Books for said training included

IV Phase: On 30th day Tuition Payment   $14000 USD

V Phase: On 75th Day Tuition Payment   $14000 USD

At no time will the student be allowed to fly with a negative balance on t heir account .

In case of fuel charge raise, above Three dollars and three cents USD ($3.03) a fuel surcharge will be added to the students program as an additional cost.

S tudent s will be responsible to pay additional training cost s during the missing of classes and rescheduling. Should the student have any overage in cost, this overage will be paid at the time the student receives the training. 

HOUSING: 

Will provided at the rate of Six Hundred Dollars UDS ( $600.00 ) per month for shared be accommodation. Single accommodations can also be arranged at the rate of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars USD ( $750 ). This cost is NOT included in said program costs. Students are responsible for maintaining accommodations to the standards of Falcon Flight Sanford Inc and place of accommodation. Rooms are subject to inspection by both parties at any time. Violations may cause termination of such agreement. Cost for accommodation also subject to change without notice.

TRAVEL :

The Student is responsible for the travel to the School from his/her country at his/her cost.

DURATION :

This Commercial Pilot Program is estimated to be completed in 7 months duration. Should the student receive more than 3 unexcused no-show absences, have an illness lasting longer than 7 days, or leave the campus for more than 7 days, the 7 months duration may be exceeded. 

All unexcused No-Show absents will be charged One Hundred USD ( $100.00 ) for the first three (3) No-Shows. After the initial three unexcused No-Shows, the student will pay the total number of hours scheduled for the aircraft they were to fly that day. If the flight was to take place with an instructor, the instructors pay will be added to the student. This money will NOT come off their prepaid account and must be paid by the student prior to their next flight.

130 Hours Solo Cessna 152
95 Hours Dual Cessna 152
27 Hours Dual Multi-Engine
60 Hours One on One Ground Instruction
3 Formal Ground School - Private - Instrument - Commercial
3 Written Test - Private - Instrument - Commercial
3 FAA Flight Test - Private - Instrument - Commercial - and Multi-Engine
